The Further Space pods at Black Knowe were absolutely fantastic. The location surrounded by green pastures and stunning views made for a truly peaceful and relaxing stay. The pods themselves were modern, clean, and fully equipped with everything we needed. From the comfy beds to the small amenities like a jar of milk in the fridge and daily cleaning, the attention to detail was top-notch. We even added on the fire pit experience, which was definitely worth it. Sitting outside, enjoying the view, and roasting marshmallows was the highlight of our evenings. The privacy and tranquility of the place, along with the friendly cows as neighbors, brought us closer to nature. staying at the Further Space pods was an excellent experience that I highly recommend.
Although our stay was almost perfect, there were a couple of minor issues. the location and directions to the pods were not well signposted and caused us to waste some time finding the place.

Inside the wooden pods, there was a comforting timber aroma, creating a cozy and snug atmosphere. the well-built pods were unaffected by heavy winds and rain, providing a sturdy shelter. the beds were very comfortable and the small bunk bed room provided a peaceful space for studying.
The wood provided for the fire pit wasn't well seasoned, resulting in a lot of smoke.

The pods were beautifully designed and high quality. The beds were comfortable and the linens and towels provided were of high quality as well. The outdoor area with chairs and fire pit was a nice touch, especially with the fairy lights strung along the hedges. The coffee dock was compact but excellent, and we appreciated the tea, coffee, and fresh milk provided. The views from the pods were also lovely.
The signs from the road could have been bigger or more noticeable, which made it difficult to find the turn, especially in bad weather. It would have been nice to have slippers in the pod as the floor was cold, and you always had to put on shoes when going outside.
